The Jaguar E-Type is the successor car to the XK 150.
When presented at the Geneva Motor Show on March 16, 1961, the E-Type created one of the most sensational events in post-war automotive history, worldwide by creating the effect of a bomb . It was a shock for the public, the journalists but also for the other manufacturers.
No praiseworthy qualifier was forgotten praising the beauty, the originality, the grace and the modernism of this car. The 3.8 liter I series remains for many the best model. The forms of the Type E are pure and the engine very lively.
