The Jaguar E-Type is the successor car to the XK 150.

When presented at the Geneva Motor Show on March 16, 1961, the Type E created one of the most sensational events in post-war automotive history, on a global scale by creating a “bomb” effect.

It was a shock for the public, the journalists but also the competitors.

No praiseworthy qualifier was forgotten praising the beauty, originality, grace and modernism of this car.

The 3.8 liter Series I remains for many the best model.

The forms of the Type E are pure and the engine very lively.
