The origin of the MGC dates back to 1966 when the BMC group asked the MG factory to modify a B to allow it to accommodate a 6-cylinder.

The MGC will be produced in 8,999 copies for 2 years, 4,542 convertibles and 4,457 coupes.

The engine of the MGC is its main asset, torquey thanks to its long stroke, placid and inexhaustible.
